How do I get started with HitSnooze?

Getting started is easy! Sign up for a free 7-day trial, connect your email account (Gmail or SMTP), and you can start building your first campaign immediately. Our setup wizard walks you through everything step by step. Most users are sending their first campaign within 15 minutes.
Do I need technical skills to use HitSnooze?

Not at all! HitSnooze is designed for non-technical users. If you can write an email, you can use HitSnooze. Our AI handles all the complex stuff like personalization, scheduling, and deliverability optimization. We also have documentation and support if you get stuck.
What email providers do you support?

We support Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and any email provider with SMTP access. For best deliverability, we recommend using Google Workspace accounts. You can connect multiple email accounts and our system will automatically rotate between them to maximize delivery rates.

How does the free trial work?

Your 7-day free trial gives you full access to all features with no credit card required. You can create campaigns, find leads, and send emails. At the end of the trial, you'll choose a plan that fits your needs. If you don't upgrade, your account simply pauses — no surprise charges.
What counts as a "lead" for billing purposes?

A lead is any contact you add to HitSnooze, whether imported via CSV, scraped from Google Maps, or added manually. Each unique email address counts as one lead. Leads carry over month to month — once added, they don't count against future months' limits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade anytime and the change takes effect immediately (prorated for the current billing period). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact support if you need help choosing the right plan.

When you add a lead, our AI researches their company website, Google Business listing, and available public information. What is the Google Maps scraper?

How do you ensure emails reach the inbox?

We also automatically pause sending if we detect deliverability issues, and we handle bounces and complaints properly to protect your reputation.
How many emails can I send per day?

We recommend staying under 50 emails per email account per day for optimal deliverability. With multiple accounts connected, you can scale higher. Our system automatically distributes sends across your accounts and respects provider-specific limits to keep your accounts in good standing.
What happens if someone replies?

When someone replies, we automatically pause their sequence so they don't receive follow-ups. The reply appears in your inbox (within HitSnooze and your email). If you have AI Reply Handling enabled, our AI will continue the conversation. Otherwise, you respond manually from your normal email client.
